WWMT is reporting that a Cass County jury has found a local business owner guilty of sexually assaulting a young girl.
They convicted Joel Gomez on 10 counts of first degree criminal sexual conduct.
Prosecutors say Gomez molested a girl under the age of 13 for about a year-and-a-half starting in 2007.
