Garth Brooks has scheduled a full-band concert on Dec. 17 in Nashville for area flood relief. Trisha Yearwood will also perform at the concert, which will take place at the Bridgestone Arena. Brooks and Yearwood, along with several Tennessee elected officials, announced the concert during a press conference at the State Capitol on Thursday morning (Oct. 28). Tickets will be $25 plus handling fees. Additional ticketing information will be revealed on Wednesday (Nov. 3) at noon CT. Brooks also indicated at the press conference that if there is a demand, he will add extra shows. Proceeds will benefit the Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee to provide relief to families who are still struggling after the May flood.
